Mango chicken


Materials: chicken (400 g), mango (1 of 300 g) green pepper (1), red pepper (1), lemon (1/2), (2 pieces) of garlic, onion (1), (4 teaspoons, around 20 ml), soy sauce (2 large spoons, around 30 ml) oil.

Ingredients: cuisine alcohol (any type of beer, wine, whisky is ok), (1 big spoon of 15 ml) white sugar (1 teaspoon, about 5 g), (1/3 of 2 g teaspoon) pepper powder, salt (1 teaspoon, about 5 g).

Process:

1 Remove skin of mango, cut into small cubes mango pulp.

2 Cut chicken into small cubes as well.

3 Chopped garlic in tiny pieces...Cut onion into small pieces so...Cut the lemon into small slices, petal 1/4...Cut the peppers green and red triangle pieces.

4 Put the salt, pepper and alcohol in the pieces of chicken, cooking powder stir mixing them equally, Marinades the mixture for 10 minutes.

5. Pour oil in the skillet, when it gets hot, put the garlic chopped in the Pan, stir fry, until there are good smell coming out, put the chicken in the Pan, stir fry, pickled until you chicken turns yellow.

6 Pour the soy sauce and white sugar in a skillet, FRY centerfire, stir for 3 minutes to make the chicken matures.

7 Put red pepper, green pepper and pieces of lemon in the fry pan and stir them for about 1 minute, then put the pieces of mango and pieces of onion, stir fry for mixing all equally...The dish is now ready.
