Fried Squid Ring


Materials: Squid (2), (2), egg crumb of bread (a vase), wheat (glass 1/2).

Ingredients: soya (1 big spoon), sugar (3 large spoons) white wine vinegar (2 large spoons), farina (1 big spoon), salt (small spoon 1/2), water (1 cup), sauce kitchen alcohol (any type of beer, wine, whisky is ok, 1 small spoon).

Process:

1 Remove legs squid, foreign film and things inside of intestine, washed and cut into 1 cm thick rings.

2 Mixing sauce soybean, salt, sugar, white vinegar, water and cooking oil to make sauce and then put the squid in its interior, les marinades for 10 minutes.

3 Breaking eggs, pour eggs in a bowl, stir until the egg and egg yolk mixed equally.

4 Get pickled, immerse in the farina, to make it all packed ring by ring by farina, squid.

5 Dive packaged squid egg, juice ring by ring.

6 Dive packaged squid with juice the breadcrumbs, egg ring by ring, until they are packed completely by the breadcrumb.

7 Pour little oil in the pot for frying, fire, when it becomes hot oil, turn the fire in the little flame put Squid rings of the pot, ring ring, fry, when they become golden colour, draw rings.

The food is now ready.

Note: make fire for frying calamari rings is small, would otherwise be deeper golden color, could also perhaps might be more cooked.

You can add some celery leaves as decoration...And also you can eat rings squid with sauce of some, for example, tomato sauce.
